What To Look For In a Breath
Breathing is so important and so often not in peoples thoughts simply because it is something we do out of necessity when coming into the world. However stopping right now and paying attention to your breath can bring small relief and positivity to your day. Do this consistently and your positivity has grown exponentially. So stop right now and slow down your breathing. Simply breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. At the same time repeat I AM HAPPY in your mind. Just that thought and do this ten times. This opens your mid to only happy thoughts, doing this repeatedly only grows your positive thought reflexes. This is the importance that can be contained within a breath.
