Detoxing Your Thoughts
A lot of the time we allow our thoughts too control us due too outside forces, when it should be the other way around. Our thoughts become our reality so it is crucial that we control them. You can clear your thoughts or "detox" them by closing your eyes and imagining yourself on a beautiful beach with the sun gleaming on your body and warming you. Then by breathing in deeply through your nose for 4 seconds then out through your mouth for 8 seconds. All the while focusing on a singular line "I Am Successful". Repeat this 10 times until your body and thoughts are as relaxed and calm as the beach you imagined.
