Opening Your Mind While Exercising
I love to exercise, probably because I feel it centers me. It is a time of day I feel I can be focused and open, if you look at my previous article "Fitness the Art of Staying Present" it explains it a little bit more. With this center and concentration during exercise our minds are open and we can unblock any doubts or fear that lingers. Exercising puts our minds into a very primitive state with what should be little thought process, its during this time we should use to simply exercise our positivity and abundance mindset. During each exercise we are inhaling and exhaling (if jogging simply repeat ten times with 2 min breaks in between), on each count what we should be doing is simply stating mantras such as "I AM SUCCESSFUL" or "I AM WORTHY". Since our minds are open and in simple state of thought we can more easily open our mind to positivity and connect with the universe.
