Letting Go Of Conflict
Conflict arises in our daily life whether it be work, family or during our daily routine. There are ways to allow conflict or frustration to just simply pass through you or dissipate. In the past I have myself held onto anger or frustration over the smallest of things. I have come to realize though we are only on this planet for a limited time and time is our most valuable asset as once it is gone there is no way to get it back. There are some techniques I myself have used to let this anger or frustration dissipate. It helps to close your eyes and picture your frustration then breathe in a long breath into your stomach through your nose all the while imagine that frustration being swelled up in your stomach. Then as your stomach fills with your deep breath expel it out trough your mouth as if your are sighing (similar type of breath to breathing on a mirror and fogging it up). Expel that frustration and let it go for good, your time is more valuable for the positive.
