Maintaining Your Mantra
It is my belief that everyone needs what they consider their mantra for life or period of their life. It allows you to stay centered and calm and bring yourself back to the present state of the moment. You can have a lifelong mantra or as everyone has different phases of their life a mantra for a period of time. We can find this mantra by asking ourselves what do we want to open ourselves up too in the universe right now? Is it love, money, success, health any of these or all of these, these are just starting points and can be more specific. Then once your mantra is discovered simply repeat it ten times each day within a quite space to bring you back to your present moment.
