You Can Live On Six Hours Of Sleep
Yes you don't need 8-9 hours of sleep a night or more. It can actually decrease your productivity and make you overly tired. We can survive on 5-6 hours of sleep and if you break it down this leaves you now 19-18 hours in a day to really accomplish what your goals are. We don't need to trim that further to 16 or 15 hours a day to accomplish what we need too. When you have your specific goal in mind that is all that matters. Sleep wont matter as much when you are filled with positivity because you feel in flow with the energy of the universe. So don't harp on how much sleep you get, get up, be positive and everyday your goals can be accomplished.
