Wake Up Feeling Positive About Yourself
Some days are harder than others I have written about this before. You wake up and are just like sh*t, what am I doing, you are scared, nervous or feel like the world is closing in on you. Well get up quickly when that happens don't think just get up and start moving and put your feet to the pavement. Even if your spouse or partner is like what are you doing just get up and get moving. The most important thing about positivity is feeling positive about yourself so if you feel this droopy feeling its not helpful for you. When you get moving and get the juices flowing maybe even find a mirror and chant at yourself saying I AM SUCCESSFUL, I AM POSITIVE. Get that positive energy back into your body and wake yourself up out of the tired funk that you are in. You are just getting your mind to change the frequency. Your mind is the most powerful tool your body has. and it can make or break you. This means you need to make sure you can get the control back of your mind of that outside world is closing in. Make your mind keep moving it will move and your body will move. Get on that positive frequency and keep moving. Negativity happens to everyone just don't let it happen to you for very long, keep moving.
