Creating More Positive Time For Yourself
Time is our most valuable and positive asset and we only have so much of it. Everyone talks about being obsessed with our work and what we are doing but what about our time. We only have so much of it and we need to do basic necessities. We need to sleep which subtracts 6 hours, take care of our family 2 hours, errands a day 1 hour, bathroom 1 hour, commuting 1-2 hours, eating 1.5 hours, this leaves us anywhere from 10-12 hours a day to really do what makes us grow and create our positive lives. If you throw in the fact that you are working right now at a job you don't want to be at that's minus 8 hours so you only have 2-4 hours a day. Throw in Netflix and social media, which the average person uses per day is 3 hours you have no time to positively grow yourself. See how your time everyday adds up quickly if you don't take care of it. So if we cut out the social media/ Netflix you open up your schedule. Lets also try making use of time like commuting and even the bathroom, yes the bathroom to use for positive thought on either ourselves or business. Usually in both cases of commuting and bathroom time we are by ourselves (unless you have some interesting bathroom time) which allows us to think to ourselves and be in our own place of truth. So now you are accomplishing what you need to accomplish 4-6 hours a day instead of none even with a job and family.
