We can increase our positivity throughout the day with running and walking. I love exercise and know that it helps me remain in a positive state. There is nothing like keeping your body strong to help keep your mind strong. Running and walking are great counter parts to your mind as there are limited distractions while running and walking. You are concentrated solely on each and every step in front of you allowing you to be in your own space which is your own truth. When you are able to run everyday you can learn to practice to take this same energy to the surrounding world.
