Take Your Fitness Seriously
Fitness today is beyond important as our lives have become much more streamlined. It is way too easy to be physically lazy in todays world. You can hop in your car, take an Uber or work from your couch. It makes it very easy to loose your physical abilities when you can just work from wherever, pop in some microwave meals and hop in your car. Then head to happy hour and chow down on some specials with some beer and take an Uber back home. You don't have to do shit really I mean we have automatic technological toilets now. When it comes to physical work and working out most of you ONLY want to get fit because you want to get laid. You can feel fitness is an attraction not really a need.
You need to take your fitness as seriously as your business because not doing so is like having a great business with terrible employees, it doesn't work. When you cant manage your body you actually take a toll on yourself and if you think you are saving time by not going to the gym it will catch up to you and you will put in time at the doctors. No one wants to put in time at the doctors either. I would much rather spend my time at the gym than the doctors. So you need to take your fitness seriously because you need to be able to function. Everything you do is mind over mater but you need your engine to be running smoothly and not clunking otherwise you will lose out in the long run.
It is that simple and you don't need to treat fitness as an event find the closest gym to you and get to work. Don't worry about all these different specialty gyms from cycling, rowing or housewife/hedge funder I want to pretend I'm boxing gyms. Just run and do push ups if your starting out it is really simple nothing complicated. You just need to get that engine going because when your mind is in the right place you want to keep that going. Your mind fuels your body as your mind creates your world and your body commits the action to your thoughts. Your mind will fuel your body but if your body can only go so far then it starts to putter out. We want to be able to push ourselves to the limit everyday.
When your working out and looking for routines just stay focused on what makes you comfortable. The fitness industry is like the wheel you can only reinvent it so many times it is still the wheel and simple push ups, crunches and running for a half hour or forty five minutes a day will get you to where you want to be fitness wise. Don't worry about all the options or how hard it is to get to your FAVORITE gym, take it seriously and get to work.
