Be Your Own Healthcare
In todays day in age we are our own healthcare, we must use the power of our minds, knowledge and positivity to be our own best medicine. As todays healthcare debacle rages on we must not allow ourselves to feel helpless but instead help ourselves. With premiums at an all time high, medical costs at an all time high and doctors that over medicate you its time to take matters into our own hands. Today we have access too so much here are some things we can do to help ourselves.
- Google - Can it be scary googling an illness, yes, but a lot of the time we know our bodies better then a stranger does. So put some research in yourself and trust in your own opinion.
- Positivity - A positive mind can overcome a lot and also allows our body's to relax and not be tense and wear down.
- Food - Watch what we eat, not necessarily for calories but content, keep your body away from food with more then five ingredients especially ones you cant pronounce. Always look for USDA certified organic for your meat also.
- Exercise - Keep your mind and body strong.
- Water - Drink a good amount of water and flush out those toxins. No need for complex cleanses your body can cleanse itself.
