Feeling Stuck? Some Simple Steps Too Loosen That Glue
Everyone gets to that place where you just feel stuck, whether its at a job or life. We all need to find a way to get out of it, so here are some quick suggestions that don't take up a large part of your day but can shake you out of it.
- Walk - walking can be very therapeutic it only requires up to five minutes and maybe some headphones. Just walk and breathe taking in all around you. It allows you to just be where exercising can be more intense.
- Breathe - Your breath is very important, it can change your state of mind very quickly. My personal favorite to slow things down and get into a more positive state is by Deepak Chopra. Breathe in a deep breath through your nose while constricting your throat, then breathe out through your mouth like you would fog up a mirror with. It sounds similar to Darth Vader. Repeat this ten times.
- Write - Write down those frustrations that are causing you to be stuck and identify them, then leave them there on that page, let them go.
