Breathe In Your Success

When you breathe in short breath's which you may not even realize your mind is in a panicked and stressed state of mind. It is telling your body either fight or flight and a lot of the time we don't even realize we are doing this. This sends our mind further into a confused and cluttered state of being because our minds are trying to only process fight or flight. Slowing down your breathing greatly increases your awareness of the present and control of your thoughts. This allows you too think more positively. So breathe in deep right now, a long breath down into your stomach. Then release the breath slowly all while saying I AM SUCCESSFUL. You are right here now, in the present, with all the positivity.
